It all started in July 2001 at Winkworth in Paddington, where I kicked off as a lettings negotiator. Two years later, I was managing the lettings team, hustling to get properties rented and sold, mastering contracts, and learning what landlords really want.
Later, I stepped into the world of high-stakes property with Young Group, selling million-pound, off-plan properties in Canary Wharf. These high-pressure deals taught me the art of negotiation and gave me insight into what luxury buyers expect.
With my property knowledge, I launched my own let-to-rent business, flipping properties and managing 20 units. This hands-on experience with property development gave me a deep understanding of what drives successful real estate ventures.
For the past five years, I’ve been a self-employed mortgage broker, using my experience to help clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—secure the best mortgage deals. I love breaking down the complexities of the mortgage market and finding the perfect solutions for my clients.
